Description A powerful and impressive vintage solid bronze sculpture of an American Bison (Buffalo), depicted in a natural grazing pose. Weighing in at approximately 12 pounds, this is a substantial work of art with the unmistakable cool touch and resonance of genuine bronze.
The sculpture captures the iconic silhouette of the bison, head lowered to a textured rocky base. The casting is exceptionally detailed, contrasting the thick, shaggy fur of the mane and hump against the smooth, powerful musculature of the hindquarters.
