30-day returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We pay return shipping

Return shipping is free. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label.

Condition

Please return the item in the same condition you received it, packed carefully in its original packaging if possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. We will email you when your refund has been issued.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the item and the packaging so we can make it right.
