Description A substantial and highly decorative Antique Victorian Silver Plated Pitcher, dating to the late 19th century. Originally designed as an insulated "Ice Water Pitcher," this piece features the elaborate ornamentation typical of the Aesthetic Movement.
The body is adorned with raised relief (repoussé) floral motifs and stylized geometric borders. It features a grand, architectural handle—possibly featuring a stylized bird or beast head at the thumb rest.
